- This is one of my favorite parking garages. It has three levels, each a city block wide, and the lighting is very good. Due to the heavy traffic on Santa Monica Blvd, the Santa Monica exit is sometimes difficult to use, but the Crescent exit is much easier, as there is usually fairly light traffic on that block.
