 - Having read the reviews referring to the Adam Street Car Park in Cardiff, I agree completely that this is a scam and should be investigated, preferably by the police. At the moment this Car parking company would appear have a licence to print money! or more to the point extort money with threats of court action! I and an elderly lady spent about 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour, trying to prepay for our parking. Though elderly neither of us are computer illiterate, and we were not the only ones having problems a young man we spoke to said he had been find, because he did not understand the system.

 - PLEASE DONT PUT MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS, THEY CHANGED THEIR MACHINBES WITHOUT CHANGING SIGNAGE FOR MONTHS AND ROBBED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE THROUGH FINES, THEY KNEW ABOUT IT, BUT DID NOTHING FOR MONTHS AND KEPT ISSUING FINES. DONT TRUST NCP ADVANCE PAY. PARK ONLY IN PAY AS YOU PARK CARPARKS.

 - Do not park here, new system installed to catch customers for a £50/£100 fine, appeals not recognised even if you can prove you have a valid ticket, this site and company should be investigated.

 - DON'T PARK HERE! NCP have change the payment system for parking in this car park. From the 8 - 10th June 2019 you now have to pay on arrival in the car park and not at the end of your stay. The ticket machines are not easy to operate if you try to pay at the end of your stay and having paid the fee requested [which was wrong] resulted in £50.00 / £100.00 Parking Charge Notice. So, you end up paying £50 for 6-7 hours parking and also pay the parking charge on your ticket [on the new system] after you have left the car park!

 - VERY EXPENSIVE WAS CHARGED 9 QUID FOR EVENING PARKING. USE CAPITAL THEY CHARGE 1 FOR EVENING OR ST DAVIDS 2 FOR EVENING AND NICE LIT CARPARK WITH CAMERAS

 - DON'T PARK HERE! Was issued with a fine even though I paid at one of the machines with a debit card. No receipts are issued but I assumed payment had gone through having used the carpark on previous occasions. There are no barriers and no attendants but registration number cameras.
